Job Description
*Job Title:* Project Manager,
*Location :* Pimpri, Pune (Work From Office),
*office time* : 1:30PM to 9:30PM IST (Mon-Fri),
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience managing projects, preferably for UK-based clients. You will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, client coordination, and ensuring successful on-time delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of UK-based client projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and handle change requests and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 34 years of project management experience in IT or tech-enabled services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Prior experience working with UK clients or during UK business hours is preferred.
