Hiring for Leading Premium Bank Voice & Non-Voice Process

Location: Bangalore
Max CTC: 6 LPA
Shift: UK Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process is mandatory
  
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  
• Graduates preferred (Undergrads with strong experience may apply)
  
• Must be open to UK rotational shifts
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle queries from High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) regarding banking transactions
  
• Support customers with debit and credit card issues
  
• Manage inbound & outbound queries related to KYC, AML, and compliance processes
  
• Accurately assign and process invoices as per internal protocols
  
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting SLAs and compliance standards
