Sr. Software Engineer API Testing @ Leading Client

Job Description

Review/Analyze User Stories and come up with test scenarios covering positive and negative testing. Perform the functional testing to check delivered solution meets agreed requirements. Analyze test results, identify the defects and track root causes. Experience working in Agile environment. Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) an their functioning. Define Test Automation Approach, Identify right tools and automate all the scenarios. Good working knowledge of Java programming, from an automation perspective. Hands on experience on REST ASSURED/JUnit framework for API testing. Experience with Eclipse IDE, Maven, Git, Jira and Jenkins AWS knowledge is plus
