Job Description

- Fundraising for Govt / Private infra projects.
- Handle debt syndication, equity structuring with venture capitalists, private / Govt sources.
- Prepare CMA data to support investor presentations.
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure governance.

Required Candidate profile

- Proven experience in project-based fundraising- Strong command over CMA data preparation, financial modeling, and risk assessment for large-scale projects
