Job Description
Role & responsibilities
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To provide organization and users/clients with support and assistance related to ERP programs and processes.
To evaluate business operations, paying particular attention to challenges and weaknesses with the current systems, and recommend tech-based solutions. To assist throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing and tech support, and can also assist with data analytics to evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting with business units to determine system requirements. Preparing functional documents and training manuals.
Providing training and support for end-users.
Investigating and resolving application system related issues, providing first level support and assisting in troubleshooting for application issues. Working with others in Information Systems and the business groups to facilitate and prioritize implementation.
Testing the implementation end-to-end before GO-live.
Ensuring best practices is followed while implementation and utilization of systems.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Required Skills
1. 5+ years experience as a project manager
2. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP systems
3. Experience in common programming language and project management tools
4. Experience with SQL and relational databases
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
