Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and coach a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on lead generation, qualification, and customer conversion.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.
  • Lead Management:
    • Monitor lead pipeline quality, ensure timely follow-ups, and enhance conversion through data-driven insights.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Implement outbound and inbound calling/emailing campaigns to generate leads for the field sales and onboarding teams.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track key sales metrics such as call volumes, lead quality, opportunity-to-conversion ratio, etc.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and field sales teams to align messaging and feedback loops.
  • Training & Development:
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and communication skills.
  • CRM Usage:
    • Ensure effective usage of CRM tools for lead management, call logging, and performance tracking.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Professional experience of 5-8 years in Sales.
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Influencing Skills
  • Presentability is required
  • Fluent in communication
