- A Snapshot of Your Day How Youll Make An Impact Leadership & Decision-Making Planning, Forecasting & Decision Making Stakeholder Management Cross Functional Teams Drive Cost Optimization in co-ordination with Tech counterparts Working with operations teams to improve production efficiency and reduce expenses. Coordinate with supply chain teams to guide financial decision-making. Integrity of Books & Records Drive Process Automation Lead to efficient fin team Soft skill handling operation fin team Participate & Supervise the Cost reduction measures What You Bring Experience 12-18 years in handling the finance, costing etc. activities in Supply Chain in the area of Manufacturing Hold the professional Qualification: CA/MBA/CWA. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skill Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to interpret cost data and align decisions with business goals Ability to work cross-functionally with Technical, Finance Team finance. Experience in SAP environment as well as various soft tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. would be added advantage Excellent communication skills and team member management.
