Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint developer to join our dynamic team. As a SharePoint developer, developing and customizing solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. This includes designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts, as well as integrating them with other applications and providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions: Creating new sites, libraries, and web parts to meet specific business needs.

Configuring and customizing SharePoint systems: Tailoring SharePoint to organizational specifications, including security settings, site layouts, and permissions.

Building scalable web applications: Developing solutions that can handle varying user loads and data volumes.

Writing and modifying code: Utilizing programming languages like .NET and JavaScript to create custom features and workflows.

Integrating SharePoint with other applications: Connecting SharePoint with CRM, ERP, and other systems to streamline workflows.

Providing technical support and training: Assisting users with SharePoint-related issues and conducting training sessions.

Maintaining and updating SharePoint security policies: Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of SharePoint data.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues: Diagnosing and fixing problems with SharePoint functionality and performance.

Developing and maintaining documentation: Creating documentation for SharePoint applications and processes.

Collaborating with stakeholders: Gathering requirements and working with business users to understand their needs.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the SharePoint platform: Knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.

Proficiency in programming languages: .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and potentially others like SQL.

Experience with SharePoint development tools: SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of database technologies: Familiarity with databases and their interaction with SharePoint.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Good communication and collaboration skills: Working effectively with stakeholders and other developers.

Experience with web development principles: Understanding of web design and development best practices.

Optional: Certifications: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint development can be beneficial.
