UX Developer @ Webindia Master

Job Description

• Design engaging and user-friendly website interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern design tools.
• Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Implement WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
• Convert PSD/Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, and backend developers to align design and functionality.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage website updates, backups, security patches, and performance enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer and Developer.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (mandatory), Shopify, or Magento is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with basic PHP, MySQL, or any MVC framework is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Prior agency experience is a plus.
