Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners within the alternate channel.
• Identifying Client Needs:Understanding client requirements and offering suitable financial solutions.
• Driving Sales and Revenue:Generating new leads, acquiring new customers, and maximizing revenue through effective client management.
• Cross-selling and Upselling:Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing clients.
• Resolving Client Issues:Addressing client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Achieving Sales Targets:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
• Market Analysis:Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth within the alternate channel.
• Reporting and Analysis:Tracking performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports on sales and customer activity.
