Job Description
Skills & Experience . This role would suit someone with a good depth of experience gained as a Java Developer, as well as the following. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Hands-on experience in implementing DevSecOps practices, including security testing, vulnerability scanning, and code analysis is a plus. Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and services. Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Duties and Responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure the integration of security and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with the infrastructure and operations teams to automate the deployment and management of applications using Jenkins, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker. Continuously improve and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of microservices and related infrastructure.
