Job Summary :
Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems,
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel,
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness,
Responding to complaints from customers and give before and after sales support when requested,
Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers,
Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers,
Provide software technical telephone and remote/online support,
Scheduling Implementation and Training Sessions Online and Onsite,
Directly reporting to MD on daily basis,
