Job Description
- Process Development: Design, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the product management framework.
- Team Management: Lead and oversee the Research & Data Analytics, RFX Support, and Product Documentation & Training teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing the necessary support to drive performance.
- RFX Support Oversight: Ensure that the team effectively supports relevant stakeholders with proposals and sales activities.
- Research & Data Analytics Oversight: Oversee the team responsible for product data analysis, managing analytics platforms (such as Pendo and Power BI), and conducting market and competitive research.
- Product Documentation Oversight: Ensure the creation and upkeep of product documentation, including training videos and release notes, which are currently managed by product managers.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate operational success and enhance the overall product management strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to boost productivity and streamline operations.
- Growth Strategy Development: Work with teams to explore and implement strategies for product growth
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with product management teams to ensure operational needs are met and aligned with broader business objectives.
- Support Existing Customers: Focus on providing exceptional operational support to our existing customer base, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, specifically within operations.
- Proven track record in process development and optimization.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and research to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in supporting and enhancing operational frameworks within a product management context.
- Experience in creating and overseeing product documentation processes.
- Knowledge of growth management strategies to enhance product offerings.
