Job type: Contractual (6-9 months)
Work mode: Remote
- Were looking for a high-agency marketing Consultant to support the execution of communication across a wide range of marketing initiatives from campaign assets to customer engagement touchpoints.
- In this role,youll help bring structure, consistency, and creative clarity to how Bandhan Life communicates across teams and channels. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders managing messaging, design, and delivery across multiple formats. Whether its a campaign asset or a customer message, your job is to ensure it gets done right and done well.
- This is a high-context, ownership-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, creative judgment, and closing loops.
Key Focus areas:
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of communication across brand and customer campaigns
- Draft and adapt clear, structured content across touchpoints.
- Work closely with creative partners to develop creative assets that are simple, yet effective.
- Coordinate across internal teams to manage feedback, compliance approvals, version control, and timely delivery
- Maintain trackers and documentation to ensure smooth flow and consistency across assets
- Identify opportunities to improve communication clarity, consistency, or design across formats
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 56 years of experience in marketing communication, with exposure to content development, customer engagement, and campaign execution across formats
- Strong writing skills able to simplify, structure, and tailor messaging across customer-facing formats
- Visual sensibility confident in guiding layout and creative thinking, with working knowledge of design tools
- Strong project coordination able to manage timelines, track feedback, and work across teams
- A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail you spot whats missing and make things happen
- Experience in BFSI or other regulated industries is a plus, not essential
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
