Automation Tester - Tosca + Istqb Certified @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Design and implement automated test cases using TOSCA TestSuite.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze requirements, create test plans, and develop reusable test scripts.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (Advanced Level is a plus).
• Proven experience in test automation using TOSCA.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
• Exposure to API testing and performance testing tools.
