Be the first and second point of contact for our employees experiencing IT issues, providing timely and effective support via various channels (remote, on-site).
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, software applications, printers, and network connectivity.
Take ownership of our Windows Server 2022 environment, managing user accounts, group policies, security updates, and overall system health.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot our Sophos firewall to maintain a secure network environment.
Ensure the optimal performance and security of our Cisco Meraki wireless network and managed switches.
Participate in the deployment and configuration of new IT hardware and software.
Help us maintain comprehensive documentation of our IT infrastructure and support procedures.
Proactively monitor our IT systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact our operations.
Collaborate effectively with other IT team members and external vendors.
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and security best practices to bring valuable insights to our team.
What You Bring:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of demonstrable experience in an IT support role.
Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server 2022 administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
Hands-on experience with the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Sophos firewalls.
Experience in supporting and maintaining Cisco Meraki wireless networks and managed switches.
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a Windows environment.
A solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
A proactive and customer-focused approach to providing IT support.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Sophos Certified Architect).
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
