Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the field.Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.

Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and deliver presentations to senior management on business performance and trends.

Job

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business operations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with Genpact or similar platforms is an added advantage.
