Warm Greetings!
We are looking for Branch Manager - Installation, Sales & Services for Elevator division with good experience in handling these 3 operations and also have experience as a Branch head or a regional head. This opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Andheri East, Mumbai location.
Administration:
- Functional leader in achieving all financial and non-financial targets.
- To drive profitability growth and organizational efficiency by targeting double digit EBIT.
- Responsible for complying with the State level rules, act and regulation for the
occupational, health and safety of the employees and sub-contractors.
- To ensure zero safety incidents / accidents in branch by conducting the safety forum
and monthly safety meeting along with field techs, engineers and departmental heads.
Discussing the safety policy, procedures, and learning from previous safety incidents.
- Providing a healthy work environment for the staff.
- Promoting discipline culture.
Operations: Heading the Sales, Installation, Modernization and Service department.
Developing and coaching the team to achieve their targets.
Sales department:
- Maintaining healthy relationship with existing customer, builders and architectures for
having new business.
- Sales planning, forecasting and performance review with the sales team.
- Meeting the customer with sales team as PR work and closing the order.
- Feedback to Senior Management regarding market condition, response & environment.
Installation & Modernization Department:
- Proper utilization of resources, skill mapping of employees and organizing training.
- Planning and monitoring for the job in which material is to be delivered, material
delivered but work not started and WIP jobs.
- Focusing on minimizing the local cost and better utilization of resources
- Sub-contractor and vendor development. Monitoring the workflow including issue of
purchase order, clearing the bill, etc.
- Monitoring contractual obligations.
- Focusing on timely completion and financial closing of jobs.
- To promote safe work practices.
Service Department:
- Monitoring timely conversion and renewal of AMC and timely payment collection.
- Reviewing with the team and exploring the best possible alternative to promote the
repair/spare sale business.
- Focusing on total customer satisfaction by ensuring minimum response time and down
time as per the company policy. Periodic review of the skill matrix of the front-line technicians
& arranging the training.
- Ensuring minimum level of stock in local store.
