Job Description:

The candidate should have a Knowledge in fasteners, finishing & packing processes, and optical sorting machines. The candidate should be skilled in problem-solving techniques and familiar with various Quality Management System standards. Experience with surface coating is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of fasteners and their manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in finishing and packing processes to ensure product quality.
• Handling optical sorting machines to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Managing shift activities efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques for production-related issues.
• Utilize expertise in surface coating processes, electroplating, and zinc plating to enhance product durability and performance.
• Practical knowledge and experience in using 7+3 QC tools to maintain product quality.
• Familiarity with QMS requirements, including IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Surface coating experience will be an added advantage.
