Senior Performance Test Engineer @ Leading MNC

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans using JMeter and LoadRunner tools.
  
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to application scalability and reliability.
  
• Develop automation scripts using Java or Python for load testing scenarios.
  
• Provide technical guidance on performance tuning techniques to junior team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Performance Test Engineering with expertise in JMeter, Load Runner, Automation Testing (Java/Groovy), and Python programming languages.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of GC analysis, Heap Dump Analysis, Thread Dump Analysis concepts.
