Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hands-on Experience with Monitoring Tools: Demonstrated ability in creating custom dashboards, configuring alerts, and conducting performance and log analysis using logging tools.

Advanced Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in diagnostics utilities, log analysis, and debugging techniques.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to monitor and enhance system performance and reliability.

Proficiency in relevant technologies: Experience with Cloud , SQL, Various Monitoring Tools and good to have experience in scripting language.

Pre-requisites:

* 1-3 Years of hands-on experience with Monitoring Tools: Experience creating custom dashboards, configuring alerts, and conducting performance analysis using these tools.

*Advanced Troubleshooting Skills: Understanding and knowledge of diagnostics utilities, log analysis, and debugging techniques.

*Hands-on experience with scripting languages, Linux/ Unix commands and Jira.

*Good to have past experience with Scripting and Cloud.

You will be working in our mission critical assignments, you will be a part of a team

which is building scalable systems and solving complex software engineering problems in

insurance-tech space. We work on cutting edge technologies and handle massive traffic

on our products, i.e. growing everyday basis
