The Job

Whom are we looking for?

• Cross Functional and detail-oriented professional with 4+ years of overall consulting experience in IT industry with ETRM, CTRM, Credit Risk Management, and Energy or Commodity Trading (Power/Gas/Oil/Agri)
  Expertise in ETRM/CTRM covering both financial and physical commodity markets which include Agri Commodities, Natural Gas, Power, LNG, and Crude Oil with strong background across front-office, middle-office, and back-office streams
  Expert Consulting knowledge in the Energy Trade & Risk Management Business that include Physical, Financial Derivatives, Clearing and Settlement, Risk Management, and Energy Trading
  Work closely with client IT teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights
  Involvement in additional internal firm building activities such as knowledge management
  Support sales efforts for new and existing clients in creation of proposals, preparation, and facilitation of sales presentations
  Experience in gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirement and creating functional specifications for new systems and processes

Your Profile

Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in the Oil & Gas/Utilities industry
Strong experience working in ETRM/CTRM space
Should have well versed knowledge and sound understanding of the Power & Gas markets
Understanding of IT solution design & business analysis

• Broad understanding in one or more of latest digital technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data technologies, Data Analytics, IoT etc.)
  Bachelors degree /Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent required
