Assistant Manager - Test Cell (Operator) @ Mount Talent

Were looking for a highly skilled and driven professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Engine Test Cell Operations. If you have hands-on experience in engine testing and test bed management, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of cutting-edge propulsion development!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise test cell operations, analyze test data, and prepare detailed reports
Operate and maintain equipment like dynamometers, emission analyzers, PN counters, PM devices, etc.
Manage equipment integration using RS232, LAN, CAN protocols
Handle calibration records in compliance with ISO 17025
Troubleshoot test cell issues and coordinate with vendors (AVL, Horiba, Sierra)
Ensure smooth operations across shifts with utility/facility coordination
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for performance & reliability

Candidate Profile:

B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Automotive Engineering
More than 4years of experience in engine test bed management, testing infrastructure, and operations
Strong understanding of engine/vehicle systems & sensor architecture
Skilled in INCA, ETAS, ATI, VISU, and MS Office
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
