Job Description
We seek a QA / Test Lead with a strong background in both manual and automated testing to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective test strategies, team leadership, and hands-on test execution.
Candiates who can join immediately and are located in pune will be preferred .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; promote best practices and drive testing excellence.
- Develop and implement robust test strategies, plans, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using industry-standard issue-tracking systems.
- Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Continuously optimise QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4- 10 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, Cypress, Backstop, or similar tools.
- Experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, and CSS3 for automation scripting.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
