Job Title: Virtual Sales Enablement Facilitator

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

Summary:

Seeking a senior-level virtual facilitator to lead live enablement sessions for global sales and partner teams.

Must bring energy, clarity, and storytelling to SaaS/cloud training content, while driving interactivity and presenter support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Host and moderate live enablement sessions (50100+ attendees)
• Present pre-built content (Collaboration, AI, Security, Productivity tools)
• Coach internal presenters (PMMs, SMEs, Engineers)
• Use Zoom, Teams, Slido, Mentimeter for engagement
• Capture feedback, improve delivery, and flag learning issues

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Virtual Training
• Strong presence, facilitation, and live virtual delivery skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, Viva, etc.
• Tools: LMS, Gong, Adobe Connect, Quip, Zoom/Teams

Interview Process:

• 15-min virtual presentation (topic provided)
