Sr. Executive - PPIC @ Gracure

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the production plan based on market demand, forecast, and order priorities.
  
• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per company norms.
  
• Monitor daily production schedules and update records in coordination with shop floor and planning teams.
  
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to planning and inventory for management review.
  
• Manage BOMs, MRP runs, and ensure accuracy in ERP/SAP systems.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery timelines and material availability.
  
• Ensure regulatory compliance in documentation and records related to PPIC.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have working experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  
• Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle/other) systems is desirable.
