Job Title: Assistant General Manager Call Center (AGM Call Center)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Function: Sales / Call Center Operations
Experience Required: Minimum 13 years (68 years in outbound telesales)
Reporting To: Senior Leadership / Sales Head
Role Objective:
We are looking for a seasoned AGM Call Center to oversee the operations of a 700-seat domestic outbound telesales call center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in sales process management, and experience leading large teams in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations of a 700-seat outbound call center to deliver maximum productivity through effective control, monitoring, and continuous performance reviews.
Determine and implement call center strategies by conducting needs assessments, reviewing capacity, planning resources, and performing cost/benefit analysis.
Define and enforce quality, productivity, and customer service standards aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the development and improvement of systems and processes related to customer interactions, call flows, dialers, and voice networks.
Plan and manage the implementation of new tools, user interfaces, and execute acceptance testing and upgrades.
Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Drive HR objectives by managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance appraisal of call center staff.
Ensure policy compliance, team discipline, and performance alignment across multiple reporting layers.
Regularly analyze performance metrics and system data, prepare insightful reports, and present trends and recommendations to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and process quality.
Key Evaluation Criteria:
Hands-on experience in domestic outbound telesales
68 years in outbound call center sales process
Experience managing 200+ agents (mandatory)
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and meet aggressive sales targets
Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on execution and process control
