Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Translate stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverable and workflows
+ Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
+ Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
+ Must have hands on exp in web development of service center Portal using CSS , HTML. Preferred exp in Angular JS
+ Strong knowledge of CMDB database.
+ Preferred to have working exp in AI agents , Now Assist.
+ Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers
+ Design quality features and thinks about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future
+ Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
+ Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability
+ Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
+ Contributes to team processes and methodology to improve delivery, quality, and effectiveness.
+ Works on other projects and tasks as deemed necessary.
+ Works closely with the QA team in the testing software and remediation of issues.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4+ years of industry experience.
+ A minimum of 3 Years of working experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding , GRC , CMDB, ITAM and ITOM and Transitions and ITSM is an added advantage.
+ A minimum of 4 years experience with ServiceNow app development.
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmental-starter; ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
+ Successful experience working with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
+ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
+ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications:
+ Certified as ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
+ Certified as ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
+ Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
