Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BOT runs, ensuring the seamless operation of our automated processes.
Technical Competency: -
- Design & Develop RPA solutions for the various process identified with zero defects.
- Experience in Developing and Consuming APIs.
- Participate in process walkthroughs with clients to understand the requirements in detail.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand the domain and process.
- Provide support to Business Analysts with Process Design Documentation if required.
- Provide support to Solution Architects with Solution Design Documentation if required.
- Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on Automation feasibility.
- Deliver POCs using best automation and design practices.
- Good understanding on Agile / Scrum based project delivery methodologies.
- Test Automation workflows prior to deployment.
- Build reusable components.
- Ability to build Custom components if necessary.
Professional Competency: -
- Understand requirements from the Project Lead and Internal Client Team/s and provide effective solutions to Clients.
- Be actively involved in Client Discussions / Meetings to understand their Pain Points and try and address those concerns by designing and deploying the best Automation Solutions.
- Assist in Analyzing effort estimate. Have an Analytical approach.
- Have a Technology First approach.
- Attend daily team meetings and provide valuable feedback and address any concerns.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to colleagues as and when required.
- Track individual and team progress and work on improvements.
- Be a Solid Team Player and a Global Player.
- Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).

- Treat colleagues and clients with utmost respect.

- Keep up to date with latest trends and development in the Automation space
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Computer Science / IT or Equivalent Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in the IT Industry with Code Development.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE Framework.
- Basic programming / scripting knowledge on java / C# / VB.
- Excellent Software Development background in C#, Python, .NET would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding on Databases and various application architectures.
- Excellent MS Office Skills mainly Excel.
- Experience in RPA Tools UiPath, Power Automate (not mandatory)
