Software Delivery Lead (.net, C#, Aws) @ Synechron

Job Description

Software :

Strong knowledge of .NET and C#

Proficiency with AWS services and cloud technologies

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Overall Responsibilities:

End-to-End Delivery Management:

Oversee the delivery management process for multiple initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers, quality engineers, business analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

Governance and Compliance:

Implement and uphold governance policies, standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Oversight:

Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Management:

Oversee project budgets, reporting on financial performance and optimizing resource allocation.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills:

Essential:

.NET and C# Development:

Strong programming skills and experience in .NET and C#

AWS Cloud Technologies:

Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based solutions

Project Management:

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Preferred:

Continuous Integration and DevOps:

Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) processes and best practices

Software Development and Architecture:

Background in software development and architecture

Release Management:

Familiarity with release management and logistics around software rollouts

Experience:

12 to 15 years of experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization, particularly with .NET, C#, and AWS

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Day-to-Day Activities:

Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple technology projects

Lead and mentor team members, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment

Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives

Implement and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures

Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and technology solutions

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

Manage project budgets and financial performance

Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

Monitor and report on project performance metrics and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization, particularly with .NET, C#, and AWS

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and present findings to senior leadership

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
