Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Bangalore.Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Product, Technology, Implementations, Business, and Senior Management.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of project meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports, including timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in preparing materials for updates and presentations to stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies with the Senior Program Manager.
  • Monitor project progress and report any deviations or challenges promptly.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Experienced in client implementations/conversions.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring projects to successful delivery.
  • Prior experience working with offshore and onshore teams.
