Job Description
Adobe Firefly is our innovative web product that empowers users to effortlessly build stunning images, graphics, and videos, regardless of their experience level. Fueled by innovative AI capabilities, Firefly presents an intuitive platform that is at the forefront of digital creativity. We are in search of an exceptionally hard-working and highly motivated Software Quality Engineer 3 to join our ambitious team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our product, from conception to production support, strictly adhering to world-class standards.
- Own the end-to-end quality of the feature/application.
- Prepare, implement, and supervise test plans, test specifications, estimations, and test reports.
- File accurate, comprehensive bug reports, and verify fixes.
- Review and triage test failures; reproduce, debug, isolate problems, and verify fixes.
- Work with the team to analyze risks associated with releases.
- Balance multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Operate with minimal technical supervision or supplemental engineering/QE support.
- Stay updated on the latest standard methodologies in QE and share your discoveries with the team and Adobe QE community.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance (QA) including functional, performance, and usability testing.
- In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks like Jenkins, Selenium, Playwright, and other AI-powered testing tools .
- 4+ years of testing experience in web applications/cloud solutions.
- At least 1 year of team lead experience preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA and its workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of different browsers & OS like Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and an excellent testing background.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages, preferably JavaScript and Python.
- Clear thought process to handle releases in extremely short cycles, with the willingness to go above and beyond when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
