Program Manager @ eClerx

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills, with 6-8 years of experience.

• Manage and oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and implement program plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality deliverables, and drive business growth.
• Analyze program performance data to inform decision-making and optimize program execution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
