Job Description


Role & responsibilities

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) as it is a Frontend Process where team members would interact directly with member.

  • Good typing skills of minimum 30 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%
  • Preferably from English Medium Education background
  • Good English Comprehension Skills
  • Good Analytical and Multitasking Skills
  • Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in keyboard typing skills.
  • Good knowledge of Business Writing Skills required.
  • Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills
  • Should not be enrolled in any Full Time Educational Course
  • Comfortable with only WFO
  • Comfortable with only Night Shifts or as per Business Requirements
  • Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 and have the Vaccination Certificate
  • Should Have aadhar and pan card original.

Preferred candidate profile


Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.

Qualified in Technical Degrees (Btech, Diploma in technical qualification, B.ed, MBA, BCA, MCA, Mtech, Ba LLB and any niche qualification) are not eligible.

Fix Night Shift, Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Full time Students Not Eligible

Should be double vaccinated

Should be comfortable with Work from Office
