Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for HCM Cloud Redwood projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM Cloud and other Oracle Cloud services.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of VBCS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VBCS and Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in VBCS and Oracle Cloud technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in VBCS development and Oracle Cloud integration.
• Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and integration platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud services and tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite).
• Certification in Oracle VBCS or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
