Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Engineer to design and enhance user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups based on user needs and product goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement seamless user experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Optimize existing user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
