Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Leadership & Management:Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Medication Management:Ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing, reviewing prescriptions, and managing drug information.
• Inventory Control & Procurement:Managing pharmacy inventory, overseeing purchasing of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to pharmacy practice.
• Strategic Planning & Development:Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication:Working effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and staff.
• Financial Management:Managing pharmacy budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance:Implementing quality control measures, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving:Addressing medication-related issues, resolving patient concerns, and handling emergencies.
• Clinical Expertise:Having a strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, and patient care.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candiadet must be B Pharma/ D Pharma.
• 10 to 20 years of experience.
• Supply chain management- Pharmacy
