Job Title: International Banking Voice Process

Location: Manyata tech park/ Electronic City

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Shift: Rotational Shifts and Rotational off

Experience Required: minimum 1 yr Salary: 5.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international banking customers.

Assist customers with queries related to banking products, services, transactions, and account information.

Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain customer satisfaction while complying with internal policies and international banking standards.

Accurately document customer interactions and follow up where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation not required Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in a voice-based customer service role (banking experience is a plus). Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
