We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive Telecaller with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
  • Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
  • Schedule site visits and follow up on leads to ensure closures
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of tele-calling /sales experience in the real estate sector
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
