Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivery coordination of lease analysis projects for clients in transition with global portfolios of properties
Acting as point of contact for the projects between the client, transition manager, transition coordinator, operation teams and 3rd party providers
Regular reporting on transition project status
Apply CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices
Participate in Client Transition Calls
Perform database discovery, data gap analysis and data validation at go live date
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Lease analysis in accordance with CBRE best practice
Reconciling project costs against invoices from 3rd party providers
Prepare training sessions and handover documentation for operational teams
Development and administration of CRM platform for the purpose of streamlining company processes
Preparing cost estimations of lease analysis projects
Preparing process mapping and transition documentation including playbooks
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must
Second foreign language will be an advantage
Bachelors degree or last year of studies
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem solving skills, good organisational skills
Proactive approach with customer and improvement focus
Team player and fast learner
Detail-orientation, accuracy, proactivity
Client orientation, ability to work under pressure and in highly changeable working environment
