- Location: Chennai Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive with experience in IT services and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project requirements are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth communication flow. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (developers, designers, and project managers) to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions. Requirement Gathering: Understand client requirements, document them effectively, and relay them to the technical team. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, provide timely solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. Regular Updates: Provide clients with progress reports, timelines, and post-project support. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients. Quality Assurance: Ensure that delivered solutions align with client expectations and business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in IT Projects (mandatory) ability to understand technical requirements and project workflows. Excellent English Communication Skills written and verbal. Client Handling Experience ability to manage multiple clients efficiently. Team Player ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving Ability proactive in addressing client concerns. Basic Understanding of IT Services & Solutions software development, web/app development, or cloud solutions (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in IT client servicing, account management, or IT project coordination. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or CRM systems.
