Job Overview:
Suryash Enterprises is hiring Customer Service Executives (CSE) and Customer Support Associates (CSA) to manage inbound and outbound customer queries related to Bajaj Finance Loan Services. Candidates must be proficient in Hindi and English to ensure effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide assistance regarding Bajaj Finance loan services and related inquiries.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
- Work in a rotational shift (24/7 environment) with an 8-hour login requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum qualification as per company standards.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Language Proficiency: Hindi and English (Preffered).
- Gender:* Open to both male and female candidates.
### *Salary & Benefits:*
- Maximum Salary: 10,000 per month.
- Work Schedule: 26 working days with 4 rotational holidays per month.
- Training Period: 3 days (followed by confirmation upon successful completion).
