Walk-in drive for International Chat Support - Telecom (0-3 years)


Walk-in: 1st Jul - 4th Jul (12:30 PM - 4:30 PM)

Role & responsibilities

Customer Support:

- Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about telecom services and products.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.


- Process Adherence:

- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Performance Metrics:

- Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including NPS and sales targets.

- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and customer interactions.


Preferred candidate profile

Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role, preferably in the telecom industry.


- Experience Telecom, Internet, Broadband Services, Anti-virus Product Support, Troubleshooting Router - Switches with International Chat experience are preferred.


- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.


Flexibility:

Willing to work in night shift. (2 Way Cab & Shift allowance will be provided)

  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Flexible to work from office (5 days)
  • The candidates should not have any Backlogs (arrears).

Interview Process:

  • HR Screening
  • Typing Assessment ( WPM Test Desired score 35 WPM)
  • English Grammar EF SET Test ( 15 min test Desired score 70)
  • L1 with Team Lead
  • L2 with Manager
