Pre Sales Intern @ Mantra Softech india

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:   
• Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and market opportunities. 
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. 
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements. 
• Engage with potential clients through emails, calls, and meetings to understand their needs and qualify leads. 
• Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with client details, sales progress, and follow-ups. 
• Work on competitor analysis and market research to support sales strategies. 
• Participate in client calls and meetings, taking notes and following up with relevant materials. 
• Help create case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:   
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and research skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly presentations. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. 
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
