Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, HR Mini master replication expert from SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Would focus on someone with expertise in replicating employee master data, particularly the HR Mini Master, from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to an SAP ERP HCM system. This role involves understanding the integration processes, troubleshooting replication issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain HR Mini Master replication processes: This includes setting up the integration between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ERP HCM, mapping fields, and ensuring data consistency. Troubleshoot replication issues: Identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies that may arise during the replication process. Develop and implement data migration strategies: Guide the migration of HR Mini Master data from other systems to SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM. Test and validate replication configurations: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the replicated data by performing thorough testing. Document and communicate integration processes: Create clear documentation for the replication process and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM best practices: Keep abreast of new releases, features, and integration options. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors: Deep understanding of SAP ERP HCM, particularly Personnel Administration, and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with HR Mini Master: Hands-on experience with HR Mini Master configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting. Understanding of replication processes: Familiarity with data replication technologies, including web services and middleware solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources is beneficial. SAP HCM certification is a plus: Formal certification in SAP HCM can demonstrate a high level of expertise. Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW) is a plus: Familiarity with data migration tools can facilitate efficient data transfer. Knowledge of SAP reporting tools is a plus: Understanding SAP reporting tools can help analyze and troubleshoot data replication issues. Troubleshooting issues Providing guidance on best practices and Implementing fixes and enhancements Minimum Qualifications Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented Strong communication skills Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry Knowledge of S/4 HANA.
