In This Role, You Will: Cvent, Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant Team Lead to join our growing marketing team This candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing inbound digital marketing tactics, including Paid Search (Google Ads/Bing Ads), Paid Social, Display/Retargeting, and Video Advertising The person in this role will be responsible for meeting specific KPIs across multiple product lines at Cvent, with the end goal being continued growth of Sales Qualified Leads and attributable revenue The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in managing PPC efforts across multiple advertising platforms and a background in B2B lead generation The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Launch, optimize, and manage paid search campaigns across various product lines to meet target top-of-the-funnel, down-funnel, conversion, and ROAS KPIs Develop and execute paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Create digital audience segments that align with product line goals and design campaigns to engage these audiences effectively Strategize and launch effective ABM display & paid social campaigns that engage key accounts, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue goals Monitor ad delivery and address discrepancies across multiple measurement platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, sales, and senior management Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, including audience targeting, ad copy & creative, and landing page enhancements Assist in managing digital marketing reports and analysis Heres What You Need: Bachelor s degree required 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, either in-house or at an agency Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with paid search, display advertising, and paid social implementation and optimization Preferred experience in managing large scale paid search accounts with hundreds of keywords Ability to manage campaigns across multiple regions and product lines simultaneously Experience with large online marketing budgets is preferred Solid understanding of online ad formats, specs, and website tracking tags (conversion and retargeting) Proficiency with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management is a plus Experience marketing to the European market a plus Experience with 6sense and similar ABM tools a plus Experience leveraging metadata io for paid social management a plus Strong written & verbal communication skills a must Eagerness to learn and apply emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies to consistently deliver innovative programmatic media solutions
