Node Js Developer (DM-4120) @ Oodles Technologies

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Integration of data storage solutions using MongoDB & MYSQL
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Analyze requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment/program specifications
• Understand the inter-dependencies of the services (application, system and database) and able to pin-point problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in designing application architecture.
• Sound technical knowledge in Node JS. Working experience with Express JS / Nest JS, a Serverless framework is MUST
• Knowledge of one or more Node JS ORM like Sequelize / TypeORM / Mongoose.
• Good Logical, Analytical and Communication Skill
• Strong hands-on experience on MongoDB & MYSQL
• Understanding of relational databases
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, ReactJS, Prisma is an advantage
• Knowledge of micro-services & AWS Lambda functions
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
