Job Description
OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager with 15+ years of experience in End-to-End Testing, test automation, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing test teams and processes, as well as expertise in tools such as QTest, Selenium, Serenity, and Python. You will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of testers in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers, ensuring high standards of testing and automation are maintained.
Develop and execute test strategies for end-to-end testing of applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project goals.
Oversee the automation test strategy, utilizing Selenium, Serenity, and Python to optimize testing efforts and reduce manual testing efforts.
Manage test planning, test case design, and execution using QTest for test management and defect tracking.
Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing in Agile projects.
Provide test status reports, metrics, and feedback to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with Agile product teams (product owners, developers) to ensure timely and effective test coverage.
Review and ensure that test results and defect reports are communicated to development teams and stakeholders.
Define, implement, and enforce best practices in test management, quality assurance, and automation.
Manage project timelines and testing deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met with quality results.
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and frameworks.
Evaluate and recommend tools, processes, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Test Management, End-to-End Testing, and test automation.
Product knowledge & Automation Experience in OSS applications
Proficient in Selenium WebDriver, Serenity, and Python for test automation.
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and managing Agile testing processes.
Strong experience using QTest for test management, defect tracking, and test case management.
Expertise in managing test teams, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones.
Proven ability to implement automated testing frameworks and integrate them into the development lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Solid understanding of performance testing, API testing, and regression testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
Experience with Cucumber and other BDD tools for test automation.
Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms and tools.
Knowledge of JIRA for project management and defect tracking.
Experience in managing offshore & onsite testing teams is mandatory.
