Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the face of Introlligent at our office. This role requires someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills who can manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all facilities are in place for meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
  • Support HR/Admin/Facilities team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or any relevant qualification.
  • 1 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite, approachable, and presentable with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
