Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer ERP Specialist (Level IV) to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP application modules and integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and various internal/external systems.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HDL, and REST/SOAP web services, as well as a solid understanding of HCM data structures and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party/internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Configure and maintain Oracle ERP modules including Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
- Develop and manage HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts.
- Conduct data transformation, mapping, and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data flow, and performance issues.
- Support ERP system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and documentation.
- Ensure integration solutions align with organizational security and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 710 years of ERP experience, with a focus on Oracle HCM integrations.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and building REST/SOAP based integrations.
- Proficiency with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and HDL.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data formats.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM or related ERP modules.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Knowledge of secure integration practices including encryption and authentication protocols.
- Understanding of data security and HR compliance standards.

- Follows standard practices and procedures to resolve issues efficiently.

- Works with general supervision on routine tasks.
